Hi There,
I've been in real estate for 9 years and now I need to do a cma which include the building m² for residential properties sold… Help would really be appreciated – and yes it is for my NQF4 if anyone wonders

Sorry, my question is wrongly asked… I need to know where can I search for these building m²?

Do you need it for a specific area, guess if you are doing a CMA it would be. You could approach the deeds offices, alternatively there are a few places that sell these reports
