Hi,

I'm looking to invest in 1, or maybe 2 smaller, apartments in Joburg. In terms of the best rental returns, where can people recommend?

It is all about personal preferance.

Where are you lookin to invest?

Hillbrow?

You can get a good rental income versus bond repayment here. but levies tend to be quite high in these areas.


I have properties available if you are interested.

I have loaded a lot of them on this site but not all.
