I think a person must have a good relationship with the seller and get the mandate and put the address on the website. I have had alot of people looking at our properties on our Realnet website so it shows the Internet is a tool we must all use. I am now busy with two properties and i have a mandate on both, so i hope this time private property is going to work for me and get me both sales in our office. As i have gone to the sellers who have been given empty promises from estate agents and the house is still for sale and guess what the agent has never contacted them again. I am using private property to gain the trust and relationship with my sellers to give private property a chance and also to market .the property for the right price not the wrong price.
